Planetary explorer.

The Tri-Ten planetary head deburring system has been expanded to include a return-to-operator configuration. It is designed to deburr both sides of a part in a single pass, and for applications requiring a small footprint and portability. Parts are loaded at one end and a magnetic conveyor passes them through an offset planetary deburring head where three fiber abrasive brushes deburr the upward-facing surface. The conveyor carries the part to a mechanism that flips it to a parallel magnetized conveyor that transports the part back through the planetary head and deposits it at an opening next to the entrance. It deburrs both sides of "green" powder metal parts. Abtex Corp., Booth1262
