Pioneer Bankshares Inc (OTC BB: PNBI) has announced that its board of directors has declared a second quarter dividend of USD0.14 per share on its common stock.
The dividend, which is same as the dividend amount paid for the second quarter of 2008, is payable on June 30, 2009, to shareholders of record on June 22, 2009.
A one bank holding company based in Page County, Virginia, Pioneer Bankshares Inc owns and operates Pioneer Bank with six banking locations in Virginia.
