Tormented Lives (10.35pm) In this documentary, disability rights campaigner Rosa Monckton explores stories of attacks on people with learning difficulties, meeting families that came under siege in their own homes.

Harry & Paul (9.30pm) Harry Enfield and Paul Whitehouse provide more comedy sketches, including a look at Jonathan Ross's stint as the host of Northern Relief Night. The silver-haired Beatles also celebrate their 200th platinum album with a trip to Bournemouth.

71 Degrees North (9.00pm) The remaining five celebrities reach reindeer country and the coldest region they have endured so far, with temperatures set to fall below -40 degrees. Presented by Kate Thornton and Gethin Jones.

Seven Days (10.00pm) Documentary following a variety of people living or working in Notting Hill, including a hairdresser, a rapper and two models. Between 20 and 30 members of the public agreed to be filmed as they share their views, whether they are about politics, celebrity, or their own lives.

How to Take Stunning Pictures (7.30pm) Martin Parr provides a class of amateurs with tips on how to take the best holiday photographs and he teaches them to avoid making common mistakes. Last in the series.
