Phoenix Technologies Expands Operations to Hyderabad, India; New Engineering Location Signals Rapid Increase in Adoption of Company's Software Applications.

Phoenix Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq:PTEC) today announced the opening of a new office in Hyderabad, India. The facility will employ more than 20 staffers -- mostly engineers -- and will likely reach 50 employees over the next 18 months. The organization will focus on the development of Phoenix software applications to meet the needs of its worldwide channel partner program.
