Phoenix Technologies Announces California Software Labs as Newest Member of Phoenix Trusted Partner Network; Firm Provides Range of Engineering Services for Mobile and Embedded Customers.

MILPITAS, Calif. -- Phoenix Technologies Ltd. (Nasdaq:PTEC) today announced that California Software Labs (CSWL Inc.), a wholly owned subsidiary of California Software Company Ltd., has joined the Phoenix Technologies Trusted Partner Network.

CSWL, a provider of custom software solutions, offers complete product engineering and lifecycle management services including visualization, roadmap planning, architecting, development, testing, maintenance, packaging, documentation and technical support. It has expertise in firmware development across a range of mobile, embedded and networking and communications systems.
