Phase V 100% occupied at Edison Square Office

A lease of 4,500 square feet of space at Edison Square Office and Hotel Complex brought the Phase Five building to 100 percent occupancy, announced Randy Csik, executive vice president of Prodevco Management Group, Inc.

Edison Square is a premier development of Prodevco Group. The five-building complex includes 265,000 square feet of first class office space, a Clarion Hotel, restaurants, meeting rooms, and a health club on-site.

Dittman Incentive Marketing, Inc. brought its corporate headquarters to this three-story brick and glass building. The company relocated from the Metro Park area of Iselin, New Jersey. Dittman creates incentive and motivational programs to increase productivity of sales personnel of major corporations throughout the country.

The 15-year-old company moved from Manhattan to Metro Park in 1988 before relocating to Edison Square recently. Jim Dittman, president of Dittman, cites Edison Square's proximity to mass transit, major area highways and other factors as crucial to the decision to move.

Jim Scanlon, an associate vice president with Jacobson, Goldfarb & Tanzman Associates (JGT), a brokerage firm headquartered in Woodbridge, New Jersey, negotiated the lease, representing both Dittman Incentive and the building's ownership. The five year lease brought the 36,000-square-foot building to 100 percent occupancy. Terms of the transaction were not released.

Edison Square is located in Edison, New Jersey, fronting Route 27 (Lincoln Highway). Four of the five buildings are arranged around a beautifully landscaped central courtyard complete with lighted brick walkways, a fountain, and benches and tables.
