Phase 1 100% leased.

The Rockrose Development Corporation announced it has successfully rented 100 percent of the first phase of the Country Life Corporate Campus" located on Franklin Avenue in Garden City, LongIsland. 401 Franklin Avenue is the first phase of the project' measuring approximately 104,000 square feet.

Rockrose is in the process of transforming the 16.5-acre Campus into, they say, "Nassau County's most prestigious and unique office location." 401 Franklin Avenue was completed in early May and construction will begin on the balance of the property after the master plan has been approved by the Village of Garden City. There is an additional 150,000 square feet to restore at 501 Franklin Avenue and Rockrose is currently seeking an anchor tenant for this phase II.

Former partner, James I. Warfield and Tracy Dellomo negotiated with the North American Headquarters of Doubleday Book & Music Clubs to make them the Phase I anchor tenant of the 401 Franklin building.
