Pharrell is tempted out for T; EXCLUSIVE.
US superstar Pharrell Williams will make a rare live appearance at T in the Park this summer.
We can exclusively reveal he'll be at the Radio 1-NME Stage on July 8.
It takes something extra special to tempt him out of the studio. But Pharrell wants to launch his new album, In My Mind, at the festival.
The Grammy awardwinning producer and songwriter of The Neptunes and N.E.R.D, said: "I can't wait to play T in the Park. How can you complain about going on tour when you've got fans who love you?"
T organisers hope Pharrell will bring some of the all-star posse who appear on In My Mind with him to Scotland. They include Gwen Stefani, Jay Z, Daddy Yankee and Slim Thug.
Pharrell joins a cracking T bill which includes The Who, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Strokes, Paul Weller and The Charlatans.
An insider said: "Pharrell Williams shows are very rare.
"He's a studio animal - to have him at this year's festival is a real coup."
It's a rap: Pharrell
