Peter G. Laughlin: a "competitive edge" in waterfront real estate.

Peter Laughlin, a Broker-Associate with Mount Vernon Realty Co., Inc., has brought his visionary talents to Sarasota and is having a dramatic effect on waterfront real estate.

Formerly from Trinidad, Laughlin was involved in the development, marketing and promotion of single-family and resort properties. For years, he ran an international consulting business in Miami, handling major companies and investors who needed representation in South America and the Caribbean.

"Of course, as we increased the value of the bayfront homes, we increased the value of the entire development," said Laughlin. "What's happening out there is truly exciting. We've taken a quiet bayfront market and made it one of the most dynamic in the area."
