Pepsi's hits a chord with consumers.
The new Pepsi promotion, which gives out Rs 500,000 daily to a winner, has resonated well with consumers. To begin with, the TVC does an effective job of showing people from different walks of life. The copy is crisp and to the point, while the tagline "Bhany Champion Abhi" is a bit of a letdown. It offers no support to what is being shown and said before the ending.
A better tagline have been based on what people would do with the winning prize.
Overall quality of production is high and surprisingly the models look credible and have acted well. The biggest surprise is, however, a break from the usual boring and highly predictable thematic Pepsi commercials.
