PeopleSoft releases new analytic application suite.
The e-business applications provider PeopleSoft has begun shipments of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Analytics, its new suite of applications designed to enable companies to measure the effectiveness of their customer-related activities.
The applications in the suite include Sales Activity Insight, Marketing Insight, Support Insight, Profitability Insight and Customer Scorecard, which integrate data to give users insight into the performance of their sales, marketing and customer service programmes.
Companies can implement CRM Analytics' applications as stand-alone modules or as part of PeopleSoft CRM e-business suite. Pricing was not disclosed.
