The award recognizes the design and development of the firm's recently revamped website.<br />Kyle N. Smith of Collins Einhorn Farrell PC in Southfield received the 2018 Young Lawyer Golden Gavel Award from the Michigan Defense Trial Counsel.<br />&nbsp;<br />Theresa A. Solberg of Foster Swift Collins & Smith PC in Lansing received the 2018 Boss of the Year Award from NALS of Lansing, an association for legal professionals.<br />&nbsp;<br />Presentations/Publications<br />&nbsp;<br />Barbara E. Buchanan and Terrence J. Miglio of Varnum LLP in Detroit are contributing authors to the recently released Third Edition of "Employment Litigation in Michigan," published by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. They are co-authors of the chapter, "Wrongful Discharge and Other Non-statutory Claims."<br />&nbsp;<br />Jennifer A. Dukarski of Butzel Long in Ann Arbor will be a featured panelist during the Center for Automotive Research Management Briefing Seminars 2018 in Traverse City. She will participate in a panel program on July 30 titled, "Will Your Self-driving Car Need a License?"<br />Mary Massaron of Plunkett Cooney in Bloomfield Hills was scheduled to moderate a panel of guest speakers April 20 at the American Bar Association's 32nd Annual Land Use Institute in Detroit. The topic was "The Land Use Issues Impacting the Fall and Rise of Downtown Detroit."
