Penthouses debut at 21W20: Gale International.

Gale International has released two $10 million-plus penthouses at 21W20 in the Flatiron District.

21W20 is a new 15-story "ultra-luxuryD building built to LEED specifications.

The penthouses were designed by interior architect David Mann of MR Architecture + Decor.

Penthouse Two is a 4,663 s/f full-floor home, and Penthouse Four, is a glassed duplex with 1,218 s/f of terrace.

Penthouse Two, priced at $13,965 million, has a 75 ft. long terrace, floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors. The four bedroom, 4.5-bath home has a grand living room with a custom biofuel fireplace and dining area that opens onto the terrace.

An entertainment/media room is pre-wired to accommodate the most advanced home theater systems, and the home has an integrated AV and lighting system with iPad, iPhone or Android interface.

The home is accessed via a direct elevator entrance.

Penthouse Four, priced at $10 million, is 2,710 s/f duplex situated on the top two floors of 21W20.

It has three bedrooms and 2-baths, a glass-walled living room that opens directly onto the roof terrace where there is a six-person hot tub, shower, kitchen and a custom designed bio-fuel outdoor gas fireplace.
