Penn Plaza fit-out completed.

Silcon, Inc., one of New Jersey's fastest growing general contracting firms, has completed tenant fit-out work at 16 Penn Plaza, New York, N.Y., for the relocation of facilities for ESPN, Barbizon Modeling School and Primerica.

ESPN, the world's preeminent sports and entertainment network, has established a new production studio in the historic New Yorker Hotel property at the corner of 34th Street and 8th Avenue, while Barbizon Modeling School, one of the nation's premier modeling schools, has relocated their headquarters to the 16 Perm Plaza property.

The total project, consisting of over 30,000 square feet on several floors, also included new office space for Primerica, a leading financial services company.

The projects were completed on a "fast-track" schedule that provided for functional operations for the tenants during the construction process.
