Penman & Greenwood Investigate : HOLS BOSS BUST.
THE boss of a holiday firm which left hundreds without trips has been made bankrupt.
In March we told how Paul Shipway ran Bristol-based Worldwide Vacation UK Limited which took a fortune for holidays it could not deliver.
Shipway maintains that he did everything he could to fulfil orders but the company, which later changed its name to WWV.Com Limited, went bust in May.
Now Shipway has been personally bankrupted.
Not a week goes by without one of Worldwide's victims asking us what has happened to their holiday. There are no holidays and there's no money to refund them, but Shipway is now paying for the shambles.
Shipway's fellow director at WWV was Nevil Jonathan Hart, 47, who has not been made bankrupt, but is a boss of holiday companies called En-Fused and Promo World Travel Limited.
