The board of directors of Pembina Pipeline Corporation (TSX:PPL) (NYSE:PBA) approved quarterly dividends for the company's series 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and 19, it disclosed on Wednesday. These dividends are designated "eligible dividends" for Canadian income tax purposes.

Series 1 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.A) will pay a dividend of USD0.265625 per share; series 3 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.C) will pay USD0.293750 per share; series 5 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.E) USD0.312500 per share; series 7 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.G) USD0.281250 per share; series 9 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.I) USD0.296875 per share; series 11 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.K) USD0.359375 per share; series 13 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.M) USD0.359375 per share; series 15 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.O) USD0.279000 per share; series 17 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.Q) USD0.312500 per share; and series 19 preferred shares (TSX:PPL.PR.S) USD0.312500 per share.

Series 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11 and 13 preferred share dividends will be paid on 1 December 2017 to shareholders of record date as on 1 November 2017, while the series 15, 17 and 19 preferred share dividends to the respective shareholders of record date as on 15 December 2017 will be paid on 29 December 2017.

Pembina has declared that Maureen Howe, Henry Sykes and Doug Arnell have been appointed to the company's board of directors, as of 2 October 2017.

Howe is a director and chair of the Audit Committee at TimberWest Forest Corp, a director and chair of the Investment Committee at the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, chairperson of the University of British Columbia Phillips, Hager & North Centre for Financial Research and is a director of the Canadian Securities Institute Research Foundation. Sykes is chair of the board of Arts Commons and chair of the board of the Arctic Institute of North America, as well as a director of many private companies involved in the oil and gas industry. Arnell is the president and chief executive officer of Helm Energy Advisors Inc, a private company. He founded it in March 2015.

Pembina Pipeline is a transportation and midstream service provider in North America. It is based in Calgary, Canada and has been operating in the energy industry for over six decades. It owns and operates a system of pipelines, also owns and operates gas gathering and processing facilities and an oil and natural gas liquids infrastructure and logistics business.
