MONDAY: The 70th Annual Academy Awards (BBC1, 2.00am) Live coverage of the most glittering movie event of the year. Titanic looks set to run away with the most gongs - but Robert Carlyle's The Full Monty may snatch best movie.TUESDAY: Kavanagh QC (ITV, 8.30pm) Scots actress Valerie Edmond is making this series much more enjoyable to watch. Tonight Kavanagh, played by John Thaw, defends a couple accused of killing their baby.
WEDNESDAY: ER (Channel 4, 9.00pm) Dishy doc Doug Ross plans a wedding to Carol. But she has other plans and while he's preparing the most romantic of surprises, she's with another guy. George Clooney stars.
THURSDAY: Seesaw (ITV, 9.00pm) Concluding episode of this gripping psychological drama about a kidnapping. Val Price discovers Morris is having an affair. And Jon and Eva can no longer enjoy the ransom money.
FRIDAY: Father Ted (Channel 4, 9.30pm) Another classic episode featuring three outrageous Irish priests. In this take-off of the hit movie Speed, Craggy Island's playboy milkman is sacked and Dougal takes his place. But the jealous milkie plants a bomb on the milk float. Starring Dermot Morgan.
