Paulaner eyes U.S. expansion in 1993.

During its inaugural national sales meeting held in Tucson, AZ, executives of Paulaner North America Corp. reported double-digit sales increases during 1992.

According to the U.S. importer of Paulaner Premium Lager, Hefe-Weizen, Oktoberfest, Salvator, marketing plans for 1993 will include continued work in its core markets, with an emphasis on brand rollouts in several East Coast locations.

"Development of East Coast markets will be a priority in 1993," a Paulaner spokesperson said, "as the potential for growth is significant, and national distribution is an integral part of the brand's five-year plan."
