Paul Kolodzik.
Paul Kolodzik, MD, MBA, FACEP, is the chief operating officer at Premier Health Care Services, Inc. in Dayton, Ohio. Since 2001, Kolodzik served as Premier's chief reimbursement officer, as well as CEO for MBI Solutions, Inc. (Premier's wholly-owned subsidiary). He has been a member of Premier's board of directors since 1991. In addition to his role as COO, Kolodzik will continue his role as MBI's CEO and active practice as an emergency department physician at several Premier client hospitals. Kolodzik received his BS from the University of Notre Dame and his MD from Wright State University Integrated Residency in Emergency Medicine where he served as chief resident. Kolodzik received his MBA from the University of Dallas in 1997. He is board certified in emergency medicine and a member of the clinical faculty in emergency medicine at Wright State University.
