Parliament Speaker calls on officials in the Executive Authority not to interfere in the Legislative and Judicial Institutions Affairs.

BAGHDAD / National Iraqi News Agency / nina / Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri, expressed surprise at the intervention of the Prime Minister in the judiciary and to express his opinion on the affairs file for judicial proceedings. He called on, in a press statement today, the officials in the executive authority to pay attention to their duties and not to interfere in the legislative and judicial authorities of both institutions. The Chairman of the House of Representatives said that the system of government in Iraq is based on the separation of powers which requires non-interference by the executive authority in the affairs of other authorities. The Prime Minister expressed his surprise at a press conference of the speed of deciding the issue of Parliament Speaker Salim al-Jubouri. / End
