Parents laud FG Girls School over 100 pc result in SSC exams.

ISLAMABAD -- The parents of the students studying in Federal Government Secondary School for Girls in G-9/3 sector have lauded the efforts of the school management for 100 per cent result in SSC examination announced on Thursday.

"If all of the public sector schools maintain this high level of dedication, education can become far easier and affordable," said Javed Akbar, father of a school student, talking to reporter on Friday.

He suggested that the government should adopt a carrot and stick policy in educational institutions so that the respective administrations put in maximum efforts to brighten children's future.

"Our efforts have come to fruition now. We hope that the students and teachers will continue striving to keep up the same spirit," said Principal Samina Azhar.

The responsibility also lies equally with the parents who should provide conducive studying atmosphere to their kids at home and pay attention to their studies, she added.

The girls have outshined boys in the SSC result as overall five top positions were clinched by the girls in Science and Humanities groups while the boys got four top positions.
