Paragon provides solution to give Windows CE users access to NTFS formatted portable storage.
Paragon Software Group (PSG), a provider of mobile device and embedded systems solutions, today announced the release of Paragon NTFS for Windows CE, designed to provide access to NTFS formatted portable storage devices from Windows CE based multimedia systems.
The company said that Paragon NTFS for Windows CE provides a stable, high performance solution to address the growing end-user demand to access a wide range of multimedia and data content from portable storage devices, allowing Windows CE based systems to access NTFS storage devices, which are capable of storing more than the 4GB limit of legacy FAT32 storage systems.
The new NTFS for Windows CE is based on Paragon's Universal File System Driver (UFSD) technology conceived to provide full access to the most popular file systems under a variety of platforms which do not normally support those file systems.
