Paragano Construction Services completes low income facility. (New Jersey).

Sam Champi, Jr., director of construction and development with Paragano Construction Services, L.L.C., reports the completion of a 59-unit, low income housing facility situated on former army barracks in Manchester, N.J. Paragano Construction was awarded this assignment on behalf of Beckerville Urban Renewal Associates, LP. This assignment represents Paragano Construction's continued expansion in the marketplace.

Located in Ocean township, the Manchester housing project, consisting of 29 multi-family homes, encompassed the demolition of the former army barracks located on McGuire Air Force Base and obtaining all necessary approvals from the Department of Environmental Protection, due to the site's location within New Jersey's Pine Barrens. Paragano Construction provided general construction management services for this redevelopment project.

"We are excited to announce the completion of this complex redevelopment project. Despite the added complexity of obtaining DEP approvals and meeting New Jersey's minority certification, this project was completed within a short 12-month time frame, further demonstrating our ability to successfully fulfill the goals and requirements of any type of project, no matter the size or difficulty," stated Sam Champi, Jr.
