Paper firm relocates in Westchester.

In a headquarters relocation move, Case Paper Co., Inc. has signed an 11-year lease for its new office at 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, according to Jeffrey H. Newman, executive vice president of W&M Properties, the marketing and managing agent for the building.

This is the third new lease signed after a limited partnership led by Peter L. Malkin and Anthony E. Malkin acquired the Westchester County building, which is a 30-minute ride by car or train from New York City.

Case Paper will move by year's end from its Long Island City location to 500 Mamaroneck Avenue, where it will occupy 7,527 square feet on the building's second floor. W&M Construction will build out the space for the new tenant.

Established 56 years ago, Case produces paper used for commercial printing.
