Paper calls. (Meetings).
The Polyurethanes Conference 2002 is being specifically tailored to meet the detailed needs of manufacturers and processors of polyurethane-based products in all the key industrial sectors. The program format selected for this conference will be detailed presentations describing the latest technical developments for all important sectors.
Criteria for papers selection will include the newness of the material (is this the first time that this material is to be presented at a formal industry gathering?); practicality and relevance (will the presentation be of interest to a large proportion of the audience and what critical issue does this address?); and strategic value (what is the potential long-term benefit to the industry?).
The purpose of the Polyurethanes Conference 2002 technical program is to provide delegates with new polyurethane technology, new machinery, new product applications and new chemical developments. Therefore, papers deemed too commercial in nature will not be accepted.
Paper abstracts are due by January 31, 2002. Papers in their final form will be accepted by June 14, 2002.
Rapra Technology Ltd. Rapra Technology Ltd., in conjunction with Ascamm Technology Center, will be organizing the 2002 Injection Molding Conference at the Fira Palace Hotel in Barcelona, Spain, March 18-19.
Rapra is seeking presentations focusing on the latest developments in the key areas of the injection molding process. The two-day conference discussing injection technology will present the latest industry trends, process optimization, maximizing design capabilities, machinery and equipment, new materials, globalization, e-commerce, and testing and quality control.
Key areas of the conference will cover multi-component injection molding, gas assist molding, water assist molding, molding analysis, energy efficiency, machinery and equipment, tooling, process optimization, cooling systems, computer-aided design systems, materials technology, testing systems, quality control, rapid prototyping, precision molding, finishing processes, over molding, mold lubrication, e-commerce and globalization effects.
