Pakistani flag, anti-India graffiti hoisted at Hari Parbat.

ISLAMABAD -- A big Pakistani flag and anti-India graffiti were hoisted at historical Hari Parbat in Srinagar, Indian Occupied Kashmir.

The slogan reading 'Go India go back' and a large Pakistani flag were hoisted at historic Hari Parbat Fort during the intervening night of Sunday and Monday taking Indian authorities and forces by surprise.

It is the second incident after the hanging of Mohammad Afzal Guru when youth raised the graffiti.

Earlier, graffiti painted in the dark of night on March 14 on shops at city centre Lal Chowk had warned the Jammu and Kashmir police. "J&K police we are coming," the graffiti had read.
