Pakistani MPs vow to enhance cooperation with Kuwait parliament.

ISLAMABAD, May 13 (KUNA) -- Pakistani parliamentarians vowed to enhance cooperation between the parliaments of Kuwait and Pakistan during the visit of Speaker of Kuwaiti National Assembly Marzouq Al-Ghanim. The convener of Pakistan's parliamentary friendship, Sahibzada Muhammad Nazeer Sultan in a statement to KUNA termed the visit of the Kuwaiti parliament speaker Speaker to Pakistan as "successful". He said that Kuwait and Pakistan have agreed to further enhance their ties during the visit. Sahibzada said that the current visit of Kuwaiti parliamentarians would further help to cement ties among Muslim nations. Another member of Pakistan's parliamentary friendship group Eng. Hamid-ul-Haq Khalil in a statement to KUNA said: "Kuwait is a brother Muslim country and it is very important for Pakistan and Kuwait to enhance cooperation in diverse fields to create unity among the Muslim Ummah." During his visit, Marzouq Al-Ghanim held a meeting with Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, Speaker of Pakistan's National Assembly Sardar Ayyaz Sadiq and Adviser to Prime Minister on National Security and Foreign Afairs Sartaj Aziz.
