Pakistan naval ship on goodwill visit.

Pakistan Naval Ship PNS Alamgir will arrive at Zayed seaport Abu Dhabi on a goodwill visit to the UAE today and will be docked here until January 30.

PNS Alamgir is being commanded by Captain Mohammed Munib PN.

This is the third ship in the series to be named Mughal emperors. Aurangzeb Alamgir ruled the Indian subcontinent for almost 50 years.

The good-will visit of PNS Alamgir will be important in further promoting and strengthening the already existing friendly and historical relations between Pakistan and the UAE.

The visit is aimed at building stronger military relationship between the two navies and promoting peace, security and stability in the region.

During the stay, the captain along with his crew will visit various operational and training naval institutes. The visit will also give an opportunity to the crew to interact with officers and sailors of the UAE Navy.
