Pak-Afghan forces exchange sweets at Torkham border on occasion of Eid.

PESHAWAR -- The Pakistan and Afghanistan security forces exchanged sweets and flower bouquets at Torkham Border as good a gesture on occasion of Eidul Fitr. The Commandant Khyber Rifles presented sweets and flower bouquets to Afghan Border Police on behalf of Commander 11 Corps and Inspector General Frontier Corps Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (North) at Torkham, says a press release. The Commandant Khyber Rifles extended good wishes for peace and prosperity for Afghanistan and in a reciprocal basis Lt. Col. Sadiq from Afghan Border Police also extended good wishes for Pakistan.
