Pair focus on technological efficiency by signing deal; TELECOMS.

Callstream and Leisuresec, two companies new to Henley-in-Arden, have bucked the credit crunch crisis and signed a threeyear deal to increase efficiencies in their businesses.

Callstream is the UK's leading provider of telecommunications technology, specialising in implementing nongeographic numbers, lines and Interactive Voice Response technology. The firm has recently expanded its business and relocated to new premises in Ardent Court in Henley-in-Arden.

The company has signed a three-year deal with Leisuresec, leaders in the security market. It too has relocated to Ardent Court.

Callstream has made its move easier through the effective installation of phone lines with non-geographic numbers, together with IVR, messaging and options menu.

Managing director Mark Drury said: "Despite credit crunch fears, it's great to see two companies expanding their businesses locally.

"We are glad that we have been able to add value to Leisuresec's business by the innovative application of technology."

Leisuresec managing director Cusack Gordon said that by working with Callstream, the way it had perceived telecommunications and the extent to which it could bring operating and bottom line improvements to the business had surprised it.

The increase in business may also have a beneficial effect on jobs with both firms saying they may look to take on more people.
