Pair appointed at property group.

A Midland property group has made two senior appointments to its team.

Catesby Property Group, based at Tournament Court near Warwick, has appointed Andrew Stanley and Myron Osborne as Land and Development Directors.

Mr Stanley has more than 30 years in the property industry and spent 20 years with Pettifer Estates.

Mr Osbourne joins Catesby from Miller Homes and is experienced in the acquisition of green and brownfield sites and the promotion of strategic land.

Paul Brocklehurst, chief executive of Catesby, said the appointments reflected the company's expansion plans.

"We are working on several long-term schemes which are coming to fruition but believe now is the right time to expand our development portfolio," he said.

"We are looking for sites across the UK with residential, retail and commercial potential. We are very experienced at bringing such sites right through the planning and development stages, often working with partners.

"We are in a position to re-invest our cash balances in new opportunities and that is the reason why we have recruited two such experienced members of our team. Andrew and Myron bring a wealth of experience in the areas in which we see real potential and they will be key to the growth of our portfolio."
