PACOR: Pacor Inc., Cinnaminson, N.J., an insulation materials fabricator, announced the promotions of three executives. Paul T. Fraatz, Jr. will now serve as the chairman of the board of directors. Fraatz joined the company 45 years ago and was named president in 1981. Ronald A. Latini will replace Fraatz as president and CEO. Latini has held many management positions at Pacor and in 1986 was named senior vice president of operations. William J. Wheatley will now serve as the executive vice president of Pacor, along with continuing in his role as president of LIT Industries Inc., a member of the Pacor family of companies. Wheatley joined Pacor in 1976. He was named Pacor's vice president in 2003 and president of LIT in 2006.
