PUGET POWER, SEATTLE CITY LIGHT OFFICIALS TO SPEAK AT SEATTLE ROTARY
 Roberta Bradley, acting superintendent of Seattle City Light, and Richard Sonstelie, president and chief operating officer of Puget Sound Power & Light Co., will take part in a wide-ranging discussion of electric utility issues at the next meeting of the Seattle Rotary on Wednesday, Sept. 2, Puget Power and Seattle City Light announced today.
 The meeting begins at noon in the Grand Ballroom of the Seattle Sheraton. (Program scheduled for approximately 12:45 p.m.)
 KOMO-TV's Ken Schram will moderate the session with questions from the audience.
 All news media are invited to attend the meeting. Free coffee and tea will be provided.
 Lunch tickets are available at the door for $16.50.
