 PUCO ORDERS LOCAL HEARINGS FOR CG&E
 The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO) issued an order


establishing dates for local public hearings concerning the Cincinnati Gas & Electric Company (NYSE: CIN) electric rate case. The dates and locations of the public hearings will be as follows:
 Thursday, Jan. 30
 2:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
 City Council Chambers, City Hall
 801 Plum St., Cincinnati
 Monday, Feb. 3
 6:30 p.m.
 Court of Common Pleas
 Clermont County Courthouse - Second Floor
 270 Main St., Batavia, Ohio
 The Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company filed an application with the PUCO to increase its revenue by $204,802,000. The purpose of the local public hearings is to give Cincinnati Gas and Electric customers the opportunity to testify in the case. One or more commissioners of the PUCO will be present at each of the sessions to hear the testimony.
