PU awards three PhD degrees.

LAHORE -- The Punjab University has awarded three PhD degrees to the scholars in various subjects.

According to the notification, Mansoor Ahmad S/o Mohammad Safi Uddin Khan in the subject of Physics after approval of his thesis entitled Synthesis and Characterization of Zinc Oxide Based Nanowires for Energy Harvesting Applications.

Zakia Bano D/o Maqbool Ahmad was given degree in the subject of Political Science after approval of her thesis entitled Pakistan's Nuclear Security Dilemma (1998-2012): Internal Debates and External Doubts.

Meanwhile, Aqeel Ahmad S/o Bashir Ahmad got degree in the subject of Agricultural Sciences after approval of his thesis entitled Inducible Defense Responses in Tomato Triggered by Penicillium Oxalicum against alternate Leaf Spots of Tomato.
