Energy company PSEG stated on Wednesday that Bill Levis intends to step down as its president, COO as well as a member of its executive officer group in Q3 2017 under an existing succession planning process.

Prior to joining PSEG in 2007, Levis worked at Exelon, Ontario Hydro, Carolina Power and Light. as well as a commander at the Navy reserve.

Previously, Levis served on the executive committee of the Nuclear Energy Institute (NEI), a member of the board of directors of the Nuclear Electric Insurance Limited (NEIL) as well as a member of the Institute of Nuclear Power operators (INPO).

Levis is currently active in community groups including the Philadelphia Archdiocese Catholic Charities Appeal and the CEO Council for Growth, based in Philadelphia.
