 PSEA PRESIDENT TO HOLD NEWS CONFERENCE DEC. 4 AT HILTON
 Annette Palutis, president of the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA), will meet local media Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 10 a.m. at a news conference to be held in the Brigade Room of the Hilton Hotel in downtown Pittsburgh, George Barbour, PSEA assistant director of communications, announced today (Dec. 2).
 Palutis will address the issue of so-called "Choice" bills and other critical issues facing public education today.
 The news conference will be a prelude to the PSEA semi-annual convention which over 1,000 teachers will attend Dec. 6-7 at the Hilton.
