PS Lohi Bheer files case against land grabbers on court directions.

Islamabad -- Police Station (PS) Lohi Bheer has registered a case against 25 persons on court orders. These persons were allegedly involved in disguising as police party equipped with arms entered peoples home and looting them.

According to details, a written application by Yaqoob given to Police Station Lohi Bheer that applicant is owner of 300 Kanals land on Japan Road, land division case in subjudice under court of Tehsildar Islamabad, while case is also under process in the court of civil judge Ehtesham Alam. Applicant kept on saying that around the Japan road we own homes.

Applicant writes that I was reported that Rai Hayat, Shehryar Butt, Malik Asim and Jehangeer Minhas alongwith 20 others armed with Kalashnikov and short gun rifles, wearing police uniforms, entered forcibly in our homes, and looted employees beds, DVDs, Cash and excavate our home and tried to extortion our property.

When I alongwith my uncle Malik Ishrat and 6 employee reached the incident place, these extortionist group pointed guns on us and threatened of dire consequences. On our noise residents of the area came to the place and extortionist ran away.

Applicant wrote that on our request PS Lohi Bheer had not registered a case, after which we approached authorized court and Additional District and Session Judge Islamabad Abdul Ghafoor Kakar ordered PS Lohi Bheer to register a case against said person, after that PS Lohi Bheer registered a case against attackers and took action.
