PROMOTIONS ANNOUNCED AT JOY POWER PRODUCTS, INC. EASTON, Pa., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Joy Power Products, Inc., a
subsidiary of Joy Technologies Inc. (NYSE: JOY), announced today the promotions of David H. Cooley to Vice President, Technical Operations, and Jorge A. Camacho to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Both will report directly to Alfred Brady, Vice President and General Manager of Joy Power Products.
Cooley, 48, will be responsible for engineering, project management, purchasing and field service. Camacho, 38, will be responsible for the worldwide sales and marketing efforts for all the company's products. In discussing the announcements, Brady stated, "These promotions will enable the company to operate more effectively and allow us to concentrate our efforts on being responsive to the needs of our customer base." Cooley has been employed by Joy and its predecessors for more than 25 years. Most recently he served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He holds a bachelor of engineering degree in mechanical engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Camacho has been employed by Joy and its predecessors for 13 years. Most recently he was the Sales Manger for the heat transfer product line. He received a bachelor of science degree in mechanical/electrical engineering from the University of San Luis Potosi, Mexico, and obtained a master's in business administration from Moravian College in Bethlehem, Pa.
