 PROCTER & GAMBLE CONTRACTS WITH BROCK CONTROL SYSTEMS
 TO CONSTRUCT CONSUMER RELATIONS COMMENTS SYSTEMS
 ATLANTA, Sept. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Procter & Gamble Company (NYSE: PG) has contracted with Brock Control Systems to provide a customized version of Brock's Activity Manager Series(TM) for constructing a new Consumer Relations Comments System.
 The primary objective for implementing the Brock system is to enhance the level of service currently offered to P&G consumers. The Brock installation, which utilizes Oracle's relational database, will be used to track P&G's 800 No. toll-free calls from consumers regarding the company's products. Brock is a member of the Oracle VAR Program, a major component of the Oracle Business Alliance Program. This announcement is made in conjunction with Oracle's Corporation's Business Alliance Program announcement at the International Oracle User Week (IOUW) in San Francisco on Sept. 15.
