 PRO HARDWARE, TRIAD ANNOUNCE EXCLUSIVE MARKETING AGREEMENT


nced an exclusive agreement in which Triad's automated business and information management systems will be marketed to retailers served by PRO nationwide.
 PRO Hardware is a marketing and buying organization for 40 independent hardware distributors and had sales of approximately $1.2 billion last year. The company is the primary distributor for 1,100 retailers who participate in its national marketing and store identity program, and its distributors serve a total of 12,000 retail outlets.
 Triad, with 2,800 retail hardgoods customers nationwide, is the industry's leading provider of business and information management systems.
 "We selected Triad as our recommended automated systems provider because it matches the strong reputation of PRO member distributors in providing quality products and services," said John McGraw, vice president of PRO's Store Program. "Triad offers a complete product line for all retailers buying from PRO distributors, including lumber and building material dealers and the spectrum of hardware retailers, large to small."
