ATLANTA, Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Privilege Players Group, Inc., announced today that it has acquired (in separate transactions) all of the assets of Players Club International, from Players International, Inc. (OTC: PLAY) and all of the assets of Privilege Card International, Inc. of Atlanta. Terms of the transactions were not disclosed.
By bringing together Players Club International, the only retail franchise in the discount travel industry, and Privilege Card International, a high-end developer and wholesaler of discount travel programs to major corporations, associations and others, Privilege Players Group has created the first fully integrated developer, publisher and retailer of discount travel programs.
