PRINCE Harry ought to be applauded [...].

PRINCE Harry ought to be applauded for being the founder of the Invictus Games, an event for competitors who have confronted tremendous emotional, physical and mental challengers.

These games are an occasion and an opportunity to break the "stigma" around, particularly, mental health problems. I've often said that, as opposed to physical illness and injuries, a mental illness can be invisible to the outside world.

Prince Harry created the first Invictus Games in 2014 which took place in London. The second games have been taking place in America this month. Both occasions have included spectacular sights.

And to have his grandmother, The Queen, involved in the making of a video to promote the games was a brilliant coup.

Well done, Prince Harry!
