PRIMUS Telecommunications Group, Incorporated (NASDAQ: PRTL), a global facilities-based telecommunications services provider offering an integrated portfolio of voice, data, Internet, and Web hosting services, today announced that it has received approval to list its common stock on the NASDAQ National Market(R) under the current symbol, PRTL, effective today, March 21, 2003.
PRIMUS's common stock previously was listed on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market where it had been trading since May 14, 2002.
