PRICE WATERHOUSE U.S. REVENUE RISES 7 PERCENT TO $1.37 BILLION AND WORLDWIDE FEE INCOME INCREASES 4.4 PERCENT TO $3.8 BILLION

 NEW YORK, Nov. 23 ~PRNewswire~ -- Price Waterhouse announced today that revenue for the U.S. firm increased by 7 percent for the year ended June 30, 1992, up approximately $85 million to $1.37 billion. Of the total, Audit and Business Advisory Services accounted for 45 percent; tax services, 27 percent; and Management Consulting Services, 28 percent.
 The combined fee income of Price Waterhouse firms worldwide for the year ended June 30, 1992 was $3.8 billion, up 4.4 percent from $3.6 billion the prior year.
 Worldwide fee income of Price Waterhouse Audit and Business Advisory Services increased 3 percent from 1991, to $1.9 billion. Tax services grew by 6 percent to $881 million. Fee income from Management Consulting Services grew by 0.4 percent to $736 million. Fee income from other practice areas totaled $260 million, a 24 percent increase over the 1991 period.
 Announcing the financial results, Price Waterhouse World Firm Chairmen Shaun O'Malley and Jeffrey Bowman indicated that this worldwide revenue growth represents a significant achievement in view of the severe economic conditions in many countries where Price Waterhouse firms practice. Total growth during the three years 1990-1992 amounted to 52 percent worldwide and 24.5 percent in the United States.
