PRESSTEK and AGFA announce implementation of ICC arbitration award.

MORTSEL, Belgium--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 22, 1996--PRESSTEK Inc. and AGFA-GEVAERT N.V. today announced that they have implemented the terms of the Arbitrators' Award in the recently concluded arbitration between them which had been conducted under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce.

By agreement, to implement the Arbitrators' Award, AGFA has assigned the required patent and patent applications; has abandoned certain other patent applications; has paid PRESSTEK the amount of US $769,139.68 and has taken steps to return to PRESSTEK all documents containing PRESSTEK'S confidential information.

The parties both expressed their satisfaction that the arbitration has been concluded.
