PREMIER BOB RAE APPOINTS ACTING MINISTER OF ENERGY
 TORONTO, Feb. 14 /CNW/ - Premier Bob Rae announced today the appointment of Brian Charlton as the acting minister of energy.
 Charlton is currently minister of financial institutions and was previously the parliamentary assistant to the minister of energy.
 He replaces Will Ferguson, who resigned February 13, 1992.
 The minister will be made available to reporters at 10:00 this morning outside the East Lobby of the Legislative Chamber.
 The appointment does not require a swearing-in ceremony.
