PREMIER ADVERTISER SALES STAFF CHANGES ANNOUNCED

 NEW YORK, Jan. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Four key executive changes to the Premier Advertiser Sales staff were announced today by Premier President Marc Hirsch. Premier Advertiser Sales sells barter advertising time for the Domestic Television Division of Paramount Pictures.
 Rosanne Legano has been named senior vice president, general sales manager; Kit Simon has been promoted to senior vice president, western sales manager; Corey Gottlieb has been promoted to vice president, eastern sales manager; and Jennifer Casolaro has been promoted to vice president, operations.
 "Each of these executives has helped this company grow to the largest non-network advertising sales operation in broadcasting," said Hirsch. "With Rosanne returning to Premier, and Kit, Corey and Jennifer continuing, this company can look forward to lasting well- managed growth for years to come."
 Legano, based in New York, is responsible for all sales management, including the research and sales service departments. Additionally, she will work with Hirsch in developing sales strategies for both the scatter and upfront marketplaces. Most recently, she had been director of national sales for Tribune Plus. Before that, she had been with Premier Advertiser Sales from 1988-90 as vice president. She has held account executive and sales manager positions for such companies as Camelot Syndication Sales, Cable News Network and Petry TV.
 Simon, who reports to Legano, is responsible for all western sales for Premier, in addition to Midwest sales which she has handled for the last four years in her previous position as vice president, Midwest sales. She continues to be based in Chicago.
 Before that, Simon was senior vice president -- Midwest sales manager at LBS Communications, director of Midwest sales for Buena Vista Television, and an account executive for Turner Broadcasting selling Superstation WTBS. She began her career as an account executive with Kaiser Broadcasting Spot Sales.
 In the newly created position of vice president, eastern sales manager, Gottlieb is responsible for sales, sales service and traffic in the eastern region, and will also report to Legano. He is based in New York.
 Previously, he had been an account executive with Premier Advertiser Sales since 1990. Before that, Gottlieb was an account executive for Capital Cities/ABC Inc. He began his sales career in 1984 as an account executive at Katz Communications Inc.
 As vice president, operations, reporting directly to Hirsch, Casolaro will oversee Premier's MIS department and be responsible for inventory management among other duties. She will also be based in New York.
 Prior to her promotion, Casolaro was vice president, sales service since 1990, after having served as director of sales service since 1989. She joined Premier's predecessor company, International Advertising Sales as director of sales service in 1988, after having served in various capacities at Orbis Communications.
 Premier Advertiser Sales sells barter advertising time for Paramount Domestic Television, a division of Paramount Pictures, part of the entertainment operations of Paramount Communications Inc. (NYSE: PCI).
