PREMARK REDEEMS $75 MILLION OF NOTES DEERFIELD, Ill., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Premark International, Inc.
(NYSE: PMI) announced today that all of the outstanding 8-1/8 percent guaranteed notes of its Premark FEG Corp. subsidiary (formerly Hobart Corp.) were redeemed on Feb. 1, pursuant to notice previously mailed to holders of the notes. The original maturity date of the notes was Feb. 1, 1994 and the outstanding principal amount of the notes was $75 million.
