 POST OFFICE OFFERS HOLIDAY SCHEDULE
 NEW YORK, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- To assist the public with their


last minute mailings, full-service mobile post offices will be deployed throughout the city on Sunday, Dec. 22, 1991, from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. The locations are as follows: Canal & Mott Streets, Bowery & Pell Streets, Rockefeller Center, 77th Street and Columbus Avenue, 34th Street between 5th and Broadway, 85th Street at 5th Avenue and at 72nd Street at Columbus Avenue. Additionally, mobile offices will be located in front of Bloomingdales, Lord & Taylor, Macy's and Sak's.
 On Tuesday, Christmas Eve, regular pickups from street mail boxes will be made until 1 p.m., while express mail pickups will be made until
5 p.m. If express mail is mailed by 5 p.m. on Christmas Eve, delivery is guaranteed on Christmas day.
 Additionally, all post offices will be closed on Christmas day and and mail deliveries will be suspended. However, an emergency window is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, at the James A. Farley building (general post office), on Eighth Avenue between 32nd and 33rd Streets.
